From my childhood in Japan, where I often laughed with my brother while imitating the comedy sketches of the "Drifters," to being mesmerized by the brilliant humor of Victor Borge, comedy has uplifted and "saved" me during my darkest hours. I realized that the lightness gained from a moment of laughter and finding humor in the little things can be a form of healing. As a result, I consistently turn life's "lemons" into "lemonade," creating and sharing jokes with her audience.
